Thainstone Events is the data controller. Our associated company, Porterhouse Steakhouse & Coffee Bar and co-operative parent society ANM Group may also process personal data about you as required.

  • any of our group companies or affiliates – Porterhouse Steakhouse & Coffee Bar is a sub-division of Thainstone Events, as such the information is shared across Thainstone Events employees and relevant parties. Thainstone Events is a division of the co-operative parent society ANM Group, as such, information could be shared within the group database and employees if necessary.;
  • our employees, agents and/or professional advisors – information is shared with employees across our group to deliver product and services to high standards.;
  • third party service providers who provide services to us which require the processing of personal data – Information such as booking a table is shared with our third-party booking system Resdiary.   • third-party payment providers who process payments made over the website – to enable third party payment providers to process user payments and refunds.;

We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data, for example:

Data retention
