With responsibility for managing our catering outlets at Thainstone, near Aberdeen, including our award-winning Porterhouse Restaurant, this hands-on role is ideal for an ambitious and driven individual with a proven track record in the catering and hospitality industry who is looking to make their own mark while growing an established and successful business.
What is the Operations Manager responsible for?
Ensuring that our catering operations are efficient and profitable
The highest levels of customer service are maintained
The effective coaching and mentoring of your team
Delivering on growth
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation
Effective stock management, including stock take and rotation
The recruitment of employees
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
Extensive food and wine knowledge
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Good financial management skills
Experience of restaurant management software (Epos systems)
